Gabriel Bacoccina Motta

Bachelor Undergraduate in Biotechnology at Universidade Federal de São Carlos - Campus Araras with an emphasis on Agroindustrial and Environmental Biotechnology; developed a CNPq Scientific Initiation project - PIBIC - (July 2020 / June 2021), focused on the areas of agricultural entomology and insect breeding. Is currently developing the FAPESP project "Biochemical studies of recombinant PAZymes produced by engineered strains of Aspergillus oryzae" in the BEYOND thematic project, during PhD in Molecular and Morphofunctional Biology at the Institute of Biology, UNICAMP. Has practical knowledge in molecular biology, plant tissue culture, bioinformatics, techniques for removing DNA from plant tissues, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis and recombinant transformation of microorganisms. Current techniques are being learned such as flow cytometry, production, purification and immobilization of enzymes, in vitro cell culture, use of NB2 and NB3 biosafety, DNA extraction and others related to biotechnology, microbiology, genetics and biochemistry; Proficient in English with Grade C1 (Cambridge English Level 2 in ESOL International - Advanced); https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7183-8180.
