Natalia Ribeiro Galina is an Industrial Engineer, awarded the Academic Excellence Prize by CREA-SP. She holds a Masters degree (2017) and a Ph.D. (2021) in Mechanical Engineering from São Paulo State University (UNESP). Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), where she conducts experimental and analytical studies on the combustion of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), focusing on emission reduction in the aviation sector. She has extensive experience in industrial processes and decarbonization technologies, with emphasis on clean fuels, bioenergy, carbon capture and storage (CCS), as well as process modeling and optimization. Her work involves advanced physicochemical characterization techniques, such as Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), calorimetry, and atomic absorption spectrometry, applied to studies on combustion, chemical kinetics, and material stability.
