Bruno Pereira de Oliveira

Food Engineering, experience in scientific research in flow at mechanics Mechanical Engineering School at UNESP. Currently PhD student in applied physics and undergraduated in chemical material at USP. My focus is a development of the device that decontamination of the fluid circulation applied in sterilization process in Food Industry. I parcipated in 5 patent, written 1 book, have 2 article. My professiuonal focus is mechanical design (transport phonomena), optical decontamination, photo-kinect, finaly I am member of the International Society of Food Engineering.
