Undergraduate student in Biomedical Sciences at Universidade Paulista (UNIP), holding a full scholarship through the University for All Program (Prouni). Currently a Technical Training Fellow (TT1), funded by FAPESP, at the Cellular Signaling in Inflammatory Response Laboratory, under the supervision of Dr. Larissa Dias da Cunha. The laboratory is affiliated with the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology and Pathogenic Bioagents at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo (FMRP-USP). Experienced in animal handling, genotyping, solution preparation, basic laboratory techniques, molecular biology tools, biological sample collection, and microscopic analysis. Interested in the fields of Molecular Biology and Immunology, with an emphasis on the molecular mechanisms of inflammation. Currently developing a Scientific Initiation project supported by the PIBIC-USP/CNPq program, focusing on the analysis of HIF-1a activation in Rubicon-deficient animals through labeling of frozen thymic tissue sections using the TUNEL assay for the detection of apoptotic cells, and conducted flow cytometry analysis.
