André Roberto Fernandes da Silva

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mogi das Cruzes UMC (2015). Was part of the LAVITA laboratory (Laboratory of Virtual Environments and Assistive Technologies) at the NPT (Center for Technological Research) of the University of Mogi das Cruzes. Obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from UMC (CAPES scholarship), with a concentration in Bioengineering and Biomedical Instrumentation (2018). Completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the same institution (CAPES scholarship) in 2022. Was the Principal Investigator of the PIPE Phase 1 No. 2023/17734-9, entitled Biaxially Controlled Force Platform for Training and Balance Analysis in Elderly People through Posturography (20242025). Has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Electronic Circuits, working mainly on the following topics: proprioception, posturography, and instrumentation.
