Bachelor's degree in Technological Chemistry with emphasis on materials, from the Institute of Chemistry of São Carlos (IQSC) of USP. Conducted scientific research in the area of Analytical and Inorganic Chemistry and Post-Harvest of fruits, with experience in solid phase microextraction, gas chromatography, mass spectrometer, physical-chemical quality of fruits, high performance liquid chromatography and chemometrics. Completion of internship in the RD area in the development and improvement of colorimetric nanosensor for fruit quality monitoring, in addition to having acquired knowledge in biopolymers.
