He graduated from the undergraduate course in Oceanography at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), attended between 2015 and 2019. During this period, he carried out two Scientific Initiation projects, on the Geomorphological Evolution of the Sandy Isthmus of Ilha do Mel, and has experience in field and laboratory analyzes in the area of #8203;#8203;sedimentology, geomorphological assessments and georeferencing. In addition, he has experience in boarding in the Brazilian Navy and in the CNPq's Sea Science School Ship program.He attended a master's degree in the Postgraduate Course in Coastal and Oceanic Systems, at the Center for Studies of the Sea (CEM) also at UFPR, completed in 2022. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr Renata Hanae Nagai carried out a research project investigating the influence of environmental and anthropic variables on the distribution of microplastics on sandy beaches in Paraná. In this opportunity, he acquired experience in field and laboratory campaigns for the analysis of microplastics. It is linked to the Laboratory of Paleoceanography and Paleoclimatology (LabPaleo), under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Renata Hanae Nagai.He is currently developing his doctorate, which started in December 2022, on the influence of human activities on the presence and spatial and temporal distribution of microplastics in the Antarctic Peninsula.
