Graduated in Biological Sciences from the State University of the Tocantina Region of Maranhão (UEMASUL). We obtained a masters degree in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) at the Institute of Biology, focusing on transcriptome analysis of grafting interactions at the Center for Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering (CBMEG). Currently, there is a PhD at the same institution, with research related to Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) under a FAPESP scholarship. Experienced in General Biology, with an emphasis on Botany, Microbiology, and Genetics. Specialized in plant genetics, particularly RNA-seq analysis, during the master's program at UNICAMP. The current PhD work involves GWAS. There is interest in bioinformatics, especially transcriptome and genomic analysis related to metabolic pathway genes and biological processes, as well as microbiology involving fungi and bacteria, specifically filamentous fungi.
