Law student at the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mequista Filho" (2025). Researcher with a scholarship from PIBIC/CNPq for two years, in 2022 and 2023, under the guidance of Professor Dr. Daniel Damásio Borges and Professor Dr. Fernando Andrade Fernandes, respectively. She is currently a researcher at the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), under the guidance of Professor Dr. Fernando Andrade Fernandes. Since 2022, he has been carrying out research relating the implementation of custody hearings and the achievement of the 16th UN Sustainable Development Goal for the 2030 Agenda. Through this study, we seek to improve Brazilian criminal procedural law, responding to both Brazil's internal demands as international obligations to which the country is committed.
