Helena Zotelli is an undergraduate student in Environmental Engineering at São Paulo State University (UNESP), expected to graduate in 2025. She is a FAPESP-funded research fellow, conducting a scientific initiation project focused on monitoring vegetation degradation in the Apyterewa Indigenous Land using geotechnologies and remote sensing. She has experience in environmental licensing, preparation of Environmental Impact Studies (EIA), and sanitation system planning, gained through internships at environmental consulting firms. Helena also participated in the Environmental Engineering Junior Enterprise (EJEAMB), contributing to projects related to environmental assessment and management. She is proficient in tools such as ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Power BI, advanced Excel (with VBA), Word, and Canva.
