Biologist and diver. Currently a master's student and FAPESP (São Paulo Research Foundation) fellow in the Graduate Program in Marine Science and Technology at the Institute of the Sea, Federal University of São Paulo. Member of the Laboratory of Applied Physics, Materials, and Environment (LaFAMA-UNIFESP), where she conducts research on freshwater chelonians using nuclear physics methodologies to detect heavy metal concentrations resulting from environmental disasters. Previously, she was an undergraduate research student and PIBIC/CNPq fellow at the Laboratory of Human Evolutionary Studies at the Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo (LEEH-IB-USP), where she conducted research in taphonomy, zooarchaeology, and zoology, focusing on the herpetofauna of archaeological and paleontological sites.
