Pedro Kleinschmitt Krause

Undergraduate student of Bachelor's Degree in Physics at the University of São Paulo (USP). Has participated in different events such as Olympiads and Science fairs of national and international scale. Achieved gold and/or silver medals in the Brazilian Astronomy Olympiad (OBA), International Mathematics Without Borders Olympiad, National Sciences Olympiad (ONC), International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC), International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC), besides recognition and performance in Olympiads such as Kangaroo Math, Brazilian Robotics Olympiad (OBR), University of Campinas Math Olympiad (OMU), OBMEP, Brazilian Math Olympiad (OBM), Brazilian Biology Olympiad (OBB), Brazilian Rocket Show (MOBFOG). With respect to participation in science fairs, was a finalist in fairs such as Cerrado Science Show (MOCC), Fecintec, FEBIC, FETECMS, MCTEA and FBJC, having won awards mainly in the areas of Exact and Earth Sciences, and Engineering, such as main placements in FETECMS, FEBIC, MCTEA and MOCC, as well as credentials for the International Science Technology and Innovation Fair (Feictin), and the Brazilian Initiation Science Fair (FEBIC). Also participated as an evaluator in FECIT-REME - Science, Innovation and Technology Fair, as a participant of the National Science and Technology Week (SNCT), the Annual Meeting of the SBPC, and as the organizer of the 1st Junior Scientific Start Meeting and Science Clubs and the IV and V Scientific Expedition to the Pantanal. Served as a member of the Minerva Group, associated with the Institute of Chemistry of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, developing research projects, as well as activities and events aimed at scientific dissemination. Was also an associate and vice-president in the Interact group, a program of Rotary International, that promotes the development of social projects, volunteer work and the development of oratory and leadership skills.
