Profa. Klicia Sampaio holds a degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Southwest of Bahia (UESB). Master's Degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). PhD in Food Engineering from UNICAMP, with a doctorate sandwich at Ghent University. She has a postdoctoral degree at Ghent University - Belgium. She has experience in Food Engineering, with emphasis on Transport Phenomena and Physical Separation Processes, working mainly in the following subjects: extraction and analysis of vegetable oils, refining of vegetable oils, processes with supercritical fluids, bioactive compounds, contaminants in oils (MCPD / GE esters), biocatalysis. She is currently an Assistant Professor in RDIDP MS 3.1 of the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Food Engineering, University of Campinas (UNICAMP). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
