Marise Tanaka Suzuki

Graduated in Biological Sciences and specialist in quality control management in food by UEL, Master and Doctor in Biotechnology by USP. He has experience in the area of microbial diversity, with emphasis on Bacteriology, acting on the following topics: endophytic bacteria, pest biocontrol, B. thuringiensis, Cry protein and fatty acid profile, DGGE and DNA sequencing. In addition, it also works on the extension project on Scientific Literacy. She currently holds the position of Pro-Rector of Research and Post-Graduation, as well as professor of biochemistry, genetics and biotechnology at the University of Gurupi-UNIRG.
