Mayra Carolina Ataide de Oliveira

PhD student in Public Administration at the Getulio Vargas Foundation. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of ABC and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Radio, TV and Internet from the Methodist University of São Paulo. She was a Research Technical Support 1A scholarship holder for the research "Local power, municipal autonomy and the production of public policies: the case of ABC Paulista" between 2018 and 2020. She works in the field of Public Policy with an emphasis on organisations, society and democratic governance.
