Pharmaceutical-Biochemical graduate from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2007). Has a master's degree (2010) and doctorate (2014) in Toxicology from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FCFRP-USP). Presents postdoctoral at the Laboratory of Toxinology of FCFRP-USP (2019). He is currently Visiting Professor at the permanent staff of the Postgraduate Program in Basic and Applied Immunology at the Institute of Biological Sciences (ICB) of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). Has experience in Toxinology (animal toxins), developing projects in the areas of Immunotoxinology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pathology and Hematology. His main activities are Animal Toxins (1), Inflammation (2) and Hemostasis (3), with emphasis on: (1) toxin purification (chromatography) and chemical / structural characterization of proteins (protein chemistry and X-ray crystallography) ; (2) innate immune response, cell signaling pathways and glycobiology; (3) platelet function, coagulation cascade and fibrinolysis.
