Silvio Rogério has a master's degree in Social Anthropology from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Graduated in Social Sciences, he has a bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology and Licentiate, and is currently studying Political Science and is also a PhD student in Social Anthropology at UNICAMP. He is a researcher on the political-cultural production of the peripheries. His areas of interest are Anthropology/Urban Sociology, Social Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Sociology of Culture, Cultural Production, Subaltern Studies, Colonialism, Ethnic-Racial Studies, Brazilian Social Thought, Latin American Social Thought and Anticolonial Thought.
