DEVELOPMENT OF ANTIMICROBIAL EDIBLE COATING BASED ON NANOEMULSION OF BIOSURFACTANTS AND ESSENTIAL OIL FOR PRESERVATION OF QUALITY AND IMPROVEMENT OF SHELF LIFE OF MANGO (Mangifera indica L)
Ph.D. in Organic and Biological Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (USP). M.Sc. in Biosciences (Chemistry and Biological Activity) from the Federal University of the São Francisco Valley (UNIVASF). Specialist in Chemistry and Biology Teaching from UNIVASF. Holds bachelor's and teaching degrees in Chemistry and Biological Sciences from Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Sertão Pernambucano (IFSertãoPE) and the Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul (UNICSUL). Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher at the Bioenergy Research Institute of São Paulo State University (UNESP), Rio Claro campus. His research focuses on microbial biotechnology, biological nitrogen fixation, and natural products chemistry, with emphasis on the production and application of microbial biosurfactants.
