Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of São Paulo (2024), where he also obtained his Master's (2018) and Bachelor's (2014) degrees in the same field. He completed a research internship at the University of Southern California. Currently, he is a professor at UNIVESP. His research interests focus on multimedia processing, with emphasis on computer vision and audio processing, exploring topics such as facial expression synthesis, deepfake detection, and biomonitoring. He was awarded the Fulbright Doctoral Dissertation Research Award (2021-2022).
