Undergraduate student in Biological Sciences at São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), at the Institute of Biosciences in Rio Claro/SP. During her studies, she was part of the Biological Sciences Education Program (PET), worked as a scholarship monitor and volunteer in the Cellular Biology course, and participated in the BAAE III - Informatics program, providing support to the UNESP Library. She is currently conducting scientific research in the field of Bioinformatics, with a project funded by FAPESP, under the supervision of Professor Milene Ferro, focused on comparing the tools DADA2 and Kraken 2 for the analysis of 16S metabarcoding data from bacterial communities.
