Technician in Chemistry graduated with the article "Analysis of TiO2 Nanoparticles in sweet foods", by ETEC Getúlio Vargas and guidance from the University of São Paulo (USP), through Dr. Henrique Eisi Toma and Dr. Alceu Totti. I'm in the last semester of the Food Engineering course at Faculdade Engenheiro Salvador Arena, former Faculty of Thermomechanical Technology. In 2023 I started a study called "Determination of Thermal Diffusivity and Parameters of the Substrate Sterilization Calculation for Mushroom Production" and obtained some partial results, together with Prof. Leo Kunigk.In December 2024, I will finish my degree with the Course Completion Work "Study of the Extraction yield and texture of the pectin gel from different residues from the production of orange-pear juice (Citrus sinensis L.)". I am interested in research and developed some during my undergraduate period. I wish to continue in the academic field. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
