He holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (2012), a specialization in Urban Sociology from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2015), a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2018), and a PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (2023). He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Centro de Estudos da Favela (CEFAVELA) at the Universidade Federal do ABC. His main research focuses on the real estate market in favelas, with an emphasis on the actions of real estate developers and the intervention of armed groups. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
