Gabriel Antônio Rezende de Paula

I specialize in Science Communication through Data and Information Design and Knowledge Translation for Public Policies. I work as a research consultant for Fiocruz, monitoring projects under the Inova Fiocruz Program and Grand Challenges Brazil. For the Ministry of Health, through the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), I provide consultancy and develop graphic products aimed at knowledge translation. Previously, I worked for two years in the private sector as a data project leader and for three years as a consultant for the Ministry of Health/PAHO, developing statistical analysis and data representation on health research funding. I hold a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Entomology (UFPR), a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (UFSJ), and a degree in Technology in Graphic Design (UTFPR). I have experience in hypothesis formulation and testing, data collection, compilation, and analysis of biological collections in research on Functional Ecology of Bees.
