?Ramiro Reyes-Guzmán is graduated in Biochemistry in 2000, at Autonomous University of Coahuila (UAdeC) it is located in the north of México. In 2011 he obtained a master?s degree in food science and technology from the University of Sonora (Unison) in the northwestern state of Sonora, México. He is currently doing PhD in Industrial Biotechnology at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. He has knowledge in focused on creating and developing new products.
