PhD candidate in Territorial Planning and Management at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), within the research track State, Policies, and Instruments of Planning and Management. Holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Government from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP), a specialization in Public Management from the São Paulo School of Sociology and Politics Foundation (FESPSP), and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Currently a FAPESP fellow at the Center for Data Science for Public Statistics (CCDEP), affiliated with the Seade Foundation (State System for Data Analysis).He has served as Chief of Staff and Strategic Management Coordinator at the São Paulo State Secretariat for Social Development (SEDS-SP). He also worked as a technical advisor at the São Paulo State Governments Chief of Staff Office (CC-SP), the Municipal Secretariat for Housing and Urban Development in Osasco (SEHDU), and the Subprefecture of Pinheiros in the city of São Paulo (SP-PI). His research interests focus on the relationship between development and territory, with an emphasis on: (i) regional and local development policies; (ii) poverty alleviation; (iii) social and productive inclusion; (iv) monitoring and evaluation methods; and (v) institutional arrangements and governance.
