Bachelor in Science and Technology and undergraduate student in Materials Engineering at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). I have research experience in the field of Polymeric Materials, with two Scientific Initiation projects. The first one, funded by CNPq through the PIBIC-UFABC program, focused on the development of hydrogels containing lignin biochar for the adsorption of potentially toxic metals. The second, funded by Fundep through CTIM-UFABC, was dedicated to the development of multifunctional elastomeric compounds in partnership with Prometeon Tyre Group. Currently, I am a master's student in the Postgraduate Program in Nanosciences and Advanced Materials (PPG-NMA) at UFABC, with a scholarship from CNPq. My research focuses on the development of chitosan hydrogel membranes with different crosslinking agents for the removal and recovery of potentially toxic metal ions (PTEs) from contaminated water.
