Ruy Homem de Mello Maciel

Ruy MACIEL hast studied BA at EAESP/FGV, Economics at S. Paulo State University and Music at Julio de Mesquita Filho S. Paulo State University (1989). In Prague, awarded with a scholarshiop from the local government, between 1990-1992 he concluded an extension in Music with Mr. Klansky, before he went to Switzerland, where he achieved his Master Degree in 1995, again, with a prize from the swiss government. He also studied Pianoforte in London, Basel and Harpsichord, Organ and Conducting at the Musik-Akademie der Stadt Basel and Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. He went back to Brazil in 2002 and now he is Philosophy Doctor at the S. Paulo State University. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
