She is currently pursuing a master's degree in History and Social Culture through the Interunit Graduate Program in History (Assis Campus and Franca Campus) at UNESP, with support from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). Her current project is the study Official Medical Books that (also) tell about popular practices: an analysis of works published about Minas Gerais in the 18th century.She has a degree in History (Teaching and Bachelor's) from the São Paulo State University (UNESP) - Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of Franca (FCHS). She was a volunteer with PET MEC, the Tutorial Education Program in History at UNESP/FCHS, between 2023 and 2024, where she conducted research and extension activities at the Center for Documentation and Support for Historical Research (CEDAPH) and served as an assistant teacher in the São Paulo state school system. She was a PIBIC/rectorate scholarship recipient (Sept. 2024-Dec. 2024), where she developed her work entitled The treatment of captive bodies in 18th-century Minas Gerais: between practical and scientific knowledge, supervised by Prof. Ana Carolina de Carvalho Viotti. In 2024, with funding from CNPQ, he completed his research entitled The use of Brazilian plants based on the reports of Luís Gomes Ferreira contained in Erário Mineral (1735), also under the guidance of Prof. Ana Carolina de Carvalho Viotti. His main areas of interest are the history of medicine and food, colonial Brazil, especially the 18th century in Minas Gerais. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
