He holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2007), a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences (Botany - 2012) and a PhD in Biological Sciences (Ecology - 2017) from the University of São Paulo. Currently working with mathematical and computational modeling in macroecology and macroevolution, with interest in the dynamics of vertebrate group diversification (especially Birds and Mammals), integration between fossil record and molecular phylogenies and effects of different levels of biological organization in the dynamics of diversification. Lastly, he is also interested in the (macro) evolutionary dynamics of interaction networks (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
