Master's student in the Interinstitutional Graduate Program in Physiological Sciences UFSCar - UNESP (PIPGCF), under the supervision of Professor Mirela Barros Dias, working on the project 'PGE2/EP3 SIGNALING IN THE RTN AS A MODULATOR OF RESPIRATORY CHEMOREFLEX CONTROL'. Has experience in basic research focused on Physiology and Neuroscience, with an emphasis on the neural control of breathing. Has worked on investigating the orexinergic modulation of the nucleus of the solitary tract (NTS) in response to hypercapnia and normoxia in animal models.
