Ellen Vitti Belloti

I hold a degree in Animal Science from the Faculdade de Zootecnia e Engenharia de Alimentos (FZEA) at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), where I graduated in 2025. I began my studies in 2018 at the Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso and transferred to USP in 2020.During my undergraduate studies, I conducted two scientific research projects at the Laboratório de Pesquisa em Saúde Digestiva e Desempenho de Equinos (LABEQUI). The first, from 2020 to 2021, analyzed the impact of different roughage in equine diets. The second, from 2021 to 2022, studied the neck crest score in Criollo horses across different regions of Brazil.In 2022, I joined the PET-MEC program, where I worked for two years, gaining experience in academic and extension activities. I completed my mandatory internship at the Laboratório de Avaliação Animal e Qualidade de Carne (LAAQC) at FZEA-USP, focusing on meat quality.Currently, I am pursuing a masters degree in Animal Science at FZEA-USP, continuing my research at the same laboratory where I completed my internship, with a focus on carcass evaluation and meat quality.
