Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo (Diadema campus). She has a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of São Carlos (2009), a Master's degree in Evolutionary Genetics and Molecular Biology (2012) and a Doctorate in Sciences (2017) from the same institution with a sandwich period at the Ohio State University (USA). She presents experience in the area of Genetics and Evolution, working mainly in the areas of biogeography and population genetics. His research is focused on understanding the processes that shape genetic variability within populations and historical events responsible for the diversification of the Neotropical biota.
