Manuela de Almeida Roediger

Has a Degree in Nutrition from the Faculty of Health, Humanities and Technology of Piauí - NOVAFAPI (2007). She is a Master and PhD in Sciences, by the Graduate Program in Nutrition in Public Health, Faculty of Public Health -FSP, University of São Paulo - USP. She has been a Visiting Researcher at University College London -UCL, London / England, at the Department of Epidemiology & Public Health.He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the FSP / USP, visiting professor at the undergraduate course in Nutrition at USP, and Aging (SABE), Researcher responsible for the pre-test and training of the field teams of the Longitudinal Study of Health and Welfare of the Brazilian Elderly (ELSI-Brazil), Member of the Research Group CNPq "Public Health and Aging and of the Nutrition Group for the Elderly - GENUTI Editorial member of the journal "Journal of Geriatric Medicine", is a reviewer of Nutrition journals, Revista Ciência e Saúde Coletiva, Brazilian Journal of Epidemiology, and Interdisciplinary Studies on Aging. , Body composition, Epidemiology, Health statistics and Aging, with interest in the following themes: Chronic diseases, Sarcopenia, Ob Nutritional Epidemiology and Transcultural Adaptation Process and validation of methods, with emphasis on the adult and elderly population.
