Eliane Hayashi Suzuki

Architect and Urbanist from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of University of São Paulo/USP (2006), Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP (2010) and PhD in Mechanical Engineering of Energy and Fluids from the Polytechnic School of USP (2022). She is currently a researcher at the Institute for Technological Research (IPT) , and postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Construction Engineering at the Polytechnic School of USP. Has experience in teaching in higher education, research and carrying out energy simulations for buildings, evaluation of building systems for thermal comfort, environmental thermal and acoustic performance, and sustainability certifications for buildings, working mainly on the following topics: environmental comfort with an emphasis on thermal comfort, building performance, energy, computational simulation, ventilation, sustainability.
