Edgar Perin Moraes is an Associate Professor III at UFRN, specializing in analytical separations and chemometrics. His research integrates chemical analyses with mathematical and statistical methods to advance the understanding of complex systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from USP and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid, Spain. Subsequently, he returned to the University of São Paulo for a second postdoctoral fellowship. His expertise encompasses Experimental Design and Optimization, Pattern Recognition and Data Classification, Multivariate Calibration, and Artificial Intelligence methods.
