Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (2008-2012) and Master's degree in Human Development and Technologies (Technology of Body Dynamics - 2012-2014) from São Paulo State University (UNESP). PhD in Physical Education (Adaptive Physical Activity/Exercise Physiology, 2015-2019) from University of Campinas with a International Internship period (2017-2018) at the Human Genomics Laboratory of the Pennington Biomedical Research Center (USA). MBA in Data Science Analytics from the University of São Paulo (2020-2022). Post-Doctorate in Chemistry at the Federal University of São Carlos with a FAPESP scholarship (2020-2023). Currently, he is an Adjunct Researcher at the National Laboratory of Biosciences (LNBio) of the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM). He has experience in the areas of: Physiology, with emphasis on Exercise Physiology; Biochemistry, with emphasis on Metabolism and Bioenergetics; Data analysis with emphasis on Biostatistics, Bioinformatics and Chemometrics; Omics Sciences, with emphasis on Metabolomics, Lipidomics and Proteomics from the techniques of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and High Performance Liquid/Gas Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry, and integration of multi-omics data. He works mainly on the application of multi-omics approaches to investigate acute and chronic responses/adaptations to different models of physical exercise, aging, chronic non-communicable diseases, cancer, COVID-19, and biomarker identification. He is also interested in applications of spatial and single-cell metabolomics/transcriptomics. In 2024, he received an award from the Metabolomics Society for his innovative scientific contributions in the field of Metabolomics, in addition to other recognitions for scientific merit at national and international conferences (Metabolomics Society - Japan, 2024; Europhysiology - Denmark, 2022; Association of Users of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (AUREMN) - Brazil, 2022; European College of Sports Science (ECSS) - Ireland, 2018; Brazilian Congress of Electromyography and Kinesiology (COBEC) - Brazil, 2012). He has published 47 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, 12 book chapters and one book related to the above-mentioned areas. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
