Bruna Reis Banzi

Nutritionist graduated from the University of São Paulo in the course Nutrition and Metabolism and specializes in management of food and nutrition units, day care centers and auditing by the University of Franca. With 5 years of experience in Collective Meals, I currently work as a nutrition manager and responsible for an industrial restaurant with 3000 meals / day, managing a team with 30 operational employees and another 3 employees in the technical team.
