Biologist with a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology (UEM), a Master's degree in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry (ESALQ-USP) and a degree in Biological Sciences (UNESP). He has extensive experience in Research, Development Innovation (RDI), focusing on the development of new products, technologies and processes in the areas of food, biotechnology and agribusiness.He currently works as an RD Consultant at Stevia Soul, leading the development of new products and innovative processes. He is also a professor at UNIFEITEP, conducting agricultural experiments in large crops and coordinating the Scientific Initiation Program. He has worked for companies such as Cocamar, FEMSA and Biomavale, accumulating experience in foliar fertilizer formulation, quality control, process scaling and applied biotechnology.Technical expertise in physical-chemical, microbiological and plant micropropagation analyses, with emphasis on the use of HPLC and UPLC-MS/MS.
