Fabíola de Almeida Salles Mariano

Graduate at Artes Plásticas from Universidade de São Paulo (2008) and graduate at Comunicação das Artes do Corpo from Pontifícia Universidade de São Paulo (2005). Has experience in Arts, focusing on Performance Art. Her experience, by the way that is connected to Arts, develped not just in institutions but also in groups of researches and creativity processes. In that direction is important to highlight her work with circus (professional since 1998), the creation of NEC - Núcleo de Estudos do Circo, and also NAP - Núcleo Aberto de Performance. She had participated in the following projects: Circo em Alter (MINC - 2008 - Pará), research in Butoh Dance with José Maria Carvalho's orientation (Fomento Estadual da Dança - 2009), and others. She had realized exhibitios of paintings and sculptures in galeries and alternative spaces of arts. She also participated in the Verbo Performance Festival (Galeria Vermelho - São Paulo in 2006) and in Virada Cultural de São Paulo em 2007 e 2008. She worked as assistant of Amélia Toledo and Ana Maria de Araújo Tavares, what gived her the expirience with painture and sculpture.
