I graduated in Portuguese and Linguistics from the University of Sao Paulo (2008), pursued a Master's degree in Linguistics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2011) and a PhD from the University of Sao Paulo (2015), with a reserach internship at the Bosphorus University, in Istanbul, Turkey (2014). In 2015 I was a post-doc researcher at the University of Campinas. In 2016 I joined the Federal University of Bahia as a professor. My main research interests are on Theoretical Linguistics, Linguistic Typology and Natural Language Processing. I have worked on topics such as the syntax-morphology interface, voice and transitivity, typological comparability and computational morphosyntax. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
