Marcelo Yudi Icimoto

Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (2008), Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Master's degree (2011), PhD (2015) and post-doctorate (2016) in Molecular Biology, Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp). Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate at the Federal University of ABC (since 2019) and Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate at Oregon Health and Science University (2022) in Biochemistry of Microorganisms. He is currently Professor and Advisor of the Graduate Program in Translational Medicine (UNIFESP, CAPES 6) and Researcher at the Department of Biophysics of the Federal University of São Paulo (since 2016). He was a substitute professor at the São Paulo State University (UNESP) and Professor of Biochemistry at the Medicine Course at the Santo Amaro University. He works with Regulatory Systems, Genetics, Bioinformatics. Biochemical (Enzymology and Functional) for the development of inhibitors at the interface between microorganisms and the immune system.
