Tiago de Miranda Fragoso

Tiago M. Fragoso holds a PhD in Statistics (2014), a MSc in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics (2010) and a Bachelor's degree (2008) from Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil. He is currently a Researcher at Fundação CESGRANRIO, one of Brazil's largest testing companies. Dr. Fragoso's research at CESGRANRIO focuses most on the automatic assembly of tests, adaptive testing and data analysis for large-scale educational assessments. He is currently a member of the data analysis team for many of Brazil's large-scale federal assessment, such as the SAEB (National Basic Education) assessment, the ENEM (national high school evaluation) assessment and other assessments such as the PISA-Based test for Schools.
