Daiane Santos Rosa Aguiar

She holds a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (2007-2009) from the University of Ribeirão Preto. During this period developed research on emerging diseases of veterinary interest, working in the area of Molecular Biology. She has a master's degree in Biotechnology (Biotechnology Applied to Health area) by the same university (2010-2012). During this period, she developed a research project in the area of Neuropsychopharmacology, specifically working on the characterization of the pharmacological potential (anxiolytic and analgesic) of the natural alkaloid erysothrine. She holds a PhD in Sciences from the postgraduate Program in Mental Health of the Neuroscience and Behavioral Science Department of the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (2012-2017). During this period, she developed a research project in the areas of neurobiology and neuroethology, evaluating early life stress as a risk factor for the development of anxiety disorders in adulthood. She had a voluntary post-doctoral period at the Biotechnology Unit of the University of Ribeirão Preto (2017-2019) and worked in the co-orientation of two master's students and a student of scientific initiation.
