Graduated in Geography from UNESP/Campus Ourinhos. Conducted scientific research in the field of soil conservation/degradation funded by Fapesp, focusing primarily on the following topics: geography, soil, degradation, conservation, water erosion, soil hydraulics, monitoring of degraded areas, geoprocessing, land use, and land cover. Holds a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from São Paulo State University (UNESP Bauru), with research focused on the application of soil quality indicators, especially the use of stable isotopes of C and N, and erosion indicators in a rural watershed in the municipality of Bauru. Worked as a DTI-B scholarship holder on the "Rain Gauges in Communities" project at the Brazilian National Center for Monitoring and Early Warning of Natural Disasters (CEMADEN). Pursued a Ph.D. at the Brazilian National Institute for Space Research (INPE), Earth System Science Center (CCST), focusing on the emission of volatile organic compounds in the Amazon, Cerrado, and Pantanal biomes. Worked on the FIP-FM Cerrado project, focusing on estimating greenhouse gas emissions, particularly adjusting soil and vegetation parameters in the INLAND dynamic vegetation model. Currently works at the Atmospheric Discharge Monitoring Center, specializing in geoprocessing, system management, and general system maintenance. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
