Draylson Micael de Souza was born in São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil. He received his Bachelor of Informatics from the University of São Paulo (ICMC/USP), as well as his M.Sc. and D.Sc. in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics, both also from the University of São Paulo (ICMC/USP) at São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil. During his doctorate course, he did an internship at the University of Kent at Canterbury (UKC), England, United Kingdom. After received his D.Sc., he worked as a professor at Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP Campus Campinas) at Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Then, he worked as an Android developer and researcher at Fubá Educação Ambiental e Criatividade LTDA/ME at São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil. Currently, his a technology analyst at Federal Data Processing Service (Serpro), the biggest brazilian government-owned corporation of IT services, at São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.
