Professional trajectory in the Industrial area, graduated in Materials Engineering by Federal Unirvesity of São Carlos, with published paper on Journal of Non Crystalline Solids, and with experience to work in the Glass Technology segment (speci cations and analysis of raw materials, formulation of compositions for the formation of glasses of commodity and special type, speci cation and assembly of melting furnaces, speci cation of plants of composition), evidencing the operational strategic planning and the implementation of improvements, in favor of the optimization of tasks and reduction of costs. Highlight the economic viability of new business and personnel management, based on regulatory legislation and basic research.Representation of the organization in topics like emissions control and energy comsuption in FIESP(Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo) and ABIVIDRO (Brazilian Association of Glass Industries).Focused on the result from the perspective of the organizational strategy and look for mechanisms to unfold the strategy in terms of nance, market, processes and people, and their respective indicators.Seeked to constant training and improvement of the team to build a high performance team with communication and interaction skills, so that autonomy at work is natural and consistent.He's several courses of technical improvement and general management as well as international experience in countries like China, Japan, USA, Netherlands, Italy and France in the area of performance.
