Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Campus de Presidente Prudente. Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia (FCT) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering and a Master's degree in Cartographic Sciences from the São Paulo State University (Unesp). Earned a Ph.D. in Geomatics (2017) under an international co-tutorship between the École Supérieure des Géomètres et Topographes (ESGT), in France, and Unesp. Has been active in the field of Geodesy since 2008, with consolidated experience in GNSS, precise positioning, and atmospheric effects modeling. Participated in undergraduate research projects (2009-2011) focused on network RTK and Virtual Reference Stations (VRS), completed an academic exchange at ESGT (2011-2012), and undertook a technical internship at the GNSS Research and Application Centre of Excellence (GRACE) in the United Kingdom. His doctoral research was developed in collaboration with the company Geodata Diffusion (Hexagon Geosystems), integrating industrial applications into GNSS positioning research. ince 2018, he has served as a professor and researcher in the Department of Geomatics at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), supervising undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. Has held academic leadership positions, including Chair of the Extension Committee of the Earth Sciences Division, Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Geodetic Sciences, and Assistant Editor of the Boletim de Ciências Geodésicas (BCG). He is currently a member of the Working Group Hydrological Loading: Measuring and Modeling of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), contributing to research on hydrological loading and climate change monitoring through geodetic techniques. His recent work focuses on the development of PPP-RTK solutions, atmospheric corrections applied to GNSS, as well as the use of geospatial technologies for land and property georeferencing, aiming at process innovation, professional training, and immediate social impact.
