I am a Biologist (Bachelor and License) from Unesp-Jaboticabal, Master's and Doctorate in Agricultural Microbiology (Unesp/FCAV). During my master's and doctoral studies, I developed work related to Prospecting new Biosynthetic Routes for drugs using the Metagenomic Strategy, as well as expression of enzymes for depolymerization of plant biomass (Fapesp, Process 07/53708-0; CNPq, Process:130454/2010 -9). In a Post-Doctorate in Microbiology at the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Biotechnology, I worked on a project aimed at producing an Enzymatic Cocktail for depolymerizing biomass into fermentable and rare sugars (CNPq PPJ: 150674/2017-1). In 2020 I founded the Enzymilk Biotechnology Startup, which was selected for funding by FAPESP (PIPE 1) in the period from 01/09/20-31/05/21, focused on the development of an enzymatic cocktail for modifying sugars of industrial interest (Segment Food). Currently, my work is focused on the biotechnological study of the expression of enzymes of industrial interest, particularly those involved in Sugar Technology, with the postdoctoral project: "ELABORATION AND ANALYSIS OF MICROBIAL ENZYME COCKTAILS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SUGARS OF BIOTECHNOLOGICAL INTEREST FOR THE FOOD AND PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES" (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
