Marcia Areas Rédua

She holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (1992), a Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2000). Participated in the Sandwich Doctorate Program Abroad - (PDSE) -CAPES 2011-2012, at the Pain Mechanism Laboratory at Wake Forest School of Medicine, NC, USA, under the guidance of Dr. James Eisenach. She obtained a PhD in Sciences (Neurosciences) from the University of São Paulo- Medical School of Ribeirão Preto (2013). Research interest: Pain iand Anesthesia in Animals.
