Food Scientist and Master in Food Science and Technology from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in extension groups focusing on fruits and vegetables (GEFH), food safety (GESEA), and post-harvest physiology and biochemistry. During my undergraduate studies, I received scholarships for monitoring in two subjects, a scientific initiation scholarship from FAPESP, and the Brafagri exchange program by CAPES, at Agrosup Dijon, France.
